I did the whole PCH and San Francisco thing this summer. I regret spending too much time in SF and not enough time on the PCH. The drive is beautiful and there are great towns to explore. We did Monterey, Carmel, Slovang, Hearst Castle, Big Sur, Redwoods at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, etc. The PCH drive should be a requirement for everyone, it's truly remarkable.

Thanks man… I have a day and a half in San Fran and a day and a half on the highway headed down. That was the best way we could break it up
