[quote]Its been a while since I did it. I love P90x. I do some of the workouts at times without doing the entire thing. I have been lazy as shite since football season started. I started back last week getting on my treadmill a few days per week. I need to drop about 15-20 pounds. Going to have to do it with cardio. I have a horrible case of tendinitis and it is keeping me from doing any type of upper body stuff. Just running and riding my bike

I lost a bunch of weight about 6 years ago and have stayed at the new weight the entire time. But the past 5 months have sucked and i gained about 20 pounds. Im back on it now though (quote)

Same here Lanier. I just started working out today. I challenge you to lose 20 pounds and I will do the same. My goal is to lose the 20 before April 1. Are you game? We can keep giving updates over the next few months. Not sure how you can hate winter in Alabama. People here in Minnesota are turning cartwheels over the weather as we've had temps in the low 30's this past week. I want to move there from football season until about April.

In Minneapolis, snowing.

Going to Montreal. I'd think I would rather it be snowing, it's -11C.

Why can't I go to Iceland?

I've heard good things about Reykjavik. Probably a better time to visit than January though.

Howdy.

Its 9 degrees here in New York. I've been tying flies like crazy lately bc the only remaining fishing is 2 hours away in the salmon River for steelhead. I can't go every weekend and my local trout streams are almost locked up with ice.

I do enjoy winter steelhead though

It's little bit warmer downstate from you. I haven't been on the rant much since I moved to Brooklyn for work - post-grad life is running at warp speed, but it's exciting. I had to have a couple Miller Lites to unwind tonight.

Look, I live in Georgia. Don't mix me up with these fricking Alabama inbreeds.

Will be happy to keep up. I need to lose about 10 pounds in the next 4 weeks. Goal is a total of 25 before summer. Have a good start so far. Going to lay off the booze and fatty food along with some runs. Good luck to you

Low carbs, actually try and cycle them. Eat carbs for a few days, then lay off for a few days then cycle. etc.

No sugar. - duh

Substitute a meal every once in a while with a shake. it really helps me.

Work out early in the morning. I just got off the treadmill before I showered. That has also always been a good thing for me. Early morning cardio.

Good luck

Good friend and kid who works for me was killed today. He works for Sawnee EMC and had a tree fall on him. 27 years old and one of the best kids I have ever met.

Just cant believe he is gone. This world needed kids like him in it.
