Trovon is a cool kid, met him on a flight to LA this summer. Rooting for him

I saw 2 things on that play:
1. Kelvin Benjamin is a lazy frick who doesn't attack the ball thus making it easier on DBs to cut off his break in the pattern.
2. Kelvin Benjamin is a lazy frick who gives up on plays AFTER the ball is intercepted.
And
C. I don't understand how that interception was "down by contact". If the WR touches the DB during the interception and the DB falls down, that's "down by contact" even though it was the DBs momentum that made him fall, not the WR? Doesn't even make sense to me.

It wasn't ruled down by contact because they penalized Benjamin for being lazy as frick.

Yes and yes. I hate him. Zero separation and effort from him. I'm just hoping we can get smart enough to trade him for someone worth a damn.

All of Carolina's receivers are garbage.

Funchess has potential.
Ginn can get open but its a coin-flip whether he'll catch it.
Olsen is money.
But, you're right, outside of Olsen not a single dependable receiver in the bunch.

I liked KB better when he was injured.

It's just like when someone tags a player that is already down. The contact didn't make the runner go down, but it's one of the few rules that isn't overcomplicated by a referee's judgment call.
