He was always at the same apartment complex as me in college (the first Exchange) but I can't remember if he actually lived there - encountered him at a few parties. Your SIL's experience was my impression of him though we never had any confrontation.

Back home, near my hometown.
I met him after a game his Jr. or sr. year and told him I went to a rival high school of his. He asked me when I graduated and when I told him '92, he just said "you're old"
