Purchase has RANGE. In the gym range. I'll tell you this, too. If he's really 6'9"-6'10", he has pro potential. He's tough, smart with the ball, and will only get better. Watch...

Tall, white, kind of slow, really good passers, really good shooters. I can't stress the white factor enough, though.

No, he has to go to trial because he broke a cop's hand trying to shop lift a few candy bars. Cop was not in uniform at the time.

Mark Murphy posted earlier today that both Trayvon Reed and Alex Thompson would both be joining the team before classes start back. This makes me very happy.

Anyone know how to expect Trayvon's court proceedings to play out?

I assume they agreed to him doing some type of community service and paying a fine.

That's good. Hopefully he can get this taken care of and move on. We definitely need him.

If this were in Alabama, I would suspect he could do some kind of pre trial diversion program and have the charges dismissed or he could plead youthful offender and be on probation for a short time.

He plead guilty to the misdemeanor. He's set to enroll in January but can join the team and start playing as early as two weeks from now

I was hoping he'd be able to plead youthful offender or something like that. I hate that this will be on his record.

With Pearl knowing this, I wonder if it affects the structure of practices, mentality, etc.
