Not really crossfit but I do lift. I do a Dennis Heenan cross fit workout in the spring though.

Went with the Terrapin Recreation Ale. Love some Sierra Nevada Celebration though. Good choice.

Man, I couldn't get my hands on the Cinnamon Roll'd. Got a bottle of the Tiramisu-hoo, though, and it's awesome. Do you like it?

It's good, although with the terrapin offshoots I feel there isn't much difference

this tastes like regular WnB with a touch of cinnamon

overall I really like it but it's not that much better than regular wake n bake in my opinion

Noggin Knocker, on the other hand, is the fricking shite. It is the perfect Christmas beer
