Congratulations Lanier!!
Maybe this will help speed up the retirement plan?
We grew up in Forsyth County and had a 7 acre pond to fish in all the time. My Nephew caught a 12-1/2 lb largemouth this Spring there. We catch 5 lb and larger a good bit.
I know Spots are a different breed of cat. I mentioned to my brother that we should schedule a trip sometime. One of these days we might actually act on that.
I want to learn to fish Martin. I know you spent a few hours there IIRC...lol.

Who's our admin now that's in charge of granting board access?
I have a good friend that would like access and I'm here to vouch for him. He's been registered since 2010 and hasn't really posted much since then but has about 1000 posts from back then; but afer he requested access to this board it now says "quality and quantity post check".
But he has zero interest in posting on the Rant and dealing with those idiots and doesn't want to force posts over there just to pad his post count to gain access here. Honestly I doubt he'll even post here much, I think he just wants access for the occasional questions and whatnot.
Anyway, his username is chappaslappa and Im vouching for him that he's a legit, longtime, good and knowledgeable Auburn fan, and that he won't cause problems because he probably won't post much anyway. TIA
and btw I'm very happy to see that security is so tight to keep out the rantards

Eta: Just double checked and I believe he was accepted last week because there's no current requests waiting for me to approve or deny. If he was rejected for whatever reason have him submit another request
Double eta: didn't read your full novel. I didn't request him to post more or any of that. That would be a message from a TD administrator and not an AU board administrator. Can't help him there

He's definitely an extremely bitter, miserable, hateful person. People toss around "POS" on this site, but TT9 genuinely is a POS. He is a sad excuse for a person.
I get called a troll a lot, even by TT9 ironically, because I'm a homer and I joke around a lot. But when I'm joking or talking shite it's usually lighthearted and in good fun. I won't pretend like I haven't gotten carried away and caught up a few times, but TT9 consistently posts the most hateful mean spirited, bitter stuff and then has the nerve to call other people shite posters or trolls. TT9 is the epitome of a true internet troll. He is the type of poster that the term was conceived to describe.
And the worst part is you can tell he's a sad enough human being that he actually believes the shite he types because he's just so consistent with it.
If he went that far just because he got pissed that Auburn was ranked higher on a list of best TE depth then I sincerely hope he can find something else besides football to occupy his thoughts or he's going to stroke out the next time Auburn wins the Iron Bowl.
