Therapy for a hard loss

Aromatherapy, the aroma of fresh burnt gun powder. Went and blasted a couple hundred rounds with my brother after the 3rd quarter ended. Feel 100X better. Still pissed about the loss. But I don't wanna punch my TV anymore.
