Athletic Department proposed a new scoreboard for the south end zone replacing the old one.
BOT vote to approve on Feb 6. Would be operational by August 2015
Trustees will also discuss stadium improvements regarding enhancing amenities for fans, student-athletes and recruits, and the possibility for additional premium seating.

I took my dad (Kansas grad) to a game a few years back and HE made fun of the scoreboard. I knew then that we needed an upgrade.

The scoreboard will impress recruits, but I beleive they will eventually vote on new locker rooms, widening the end zone concourse (non student section side). That will be larger. Tiger walk stays the same, but they walk through the stadium.

That looks fricking stupid. Also, without speakers going around the entire stadium and not just at one end, it will still sound like crap.
