it`s obvious halfway through Gus`s second year he like to run one back, i think it`s because it`s such a timing offense and ball security on the read option.

I don't know if CAP is the best runner but he seems to be solid in Pass protection, catching the ball out of the backfield and not making mistakes.

CAPs pass catching is definitely a huge plus... i don't know if it's Marshall's progression in the offense or what, but he seems more active in the passing game than Mason was last year.

Also a fun fact is that he was on pace for 1400 yds according to that post.
