AL.com has practice video from yesterday and he seemed ok. Granted they were just passing the ball around but SW looked fine.

I have a feeling he isn't 100%, but he is our best option. I just hope Gus doesn't go full stupid, like he did against UGA, if SW isn't throwing the ball well.

So what is the supposed injury or extent to the shoulder? I seriously haven't read up on it on the bunker. Gus isn't going to shoot straight regardless

I thought the rumor was some type of tendinitis in the shoulder? Which after dealing with it on my achilles, it is some nasty shite that is some kind of frustrating.

NEW ORLEANS — Sean White's arm strength is back to 100 percent.

“It just feels good to be healthy again and have my arm strength back again and be able to go out there and play and not have to adjust like I have to try to throw it 20 yards because I’m only throwing it 15,” White said Saturday. “It’s hard to explain but I just feel comfortable and not think about anything and just play.”

White had to overcompensate in games after he first injured the shoulder in the second half of a 40-29 win at Ole Miss on Oct. 29. He had to throw extra hard to get the ball down the field. The velocity was lost, and instead of stepping into throws, he had to use his body to get the ball down the field against Vanderbilt on Nov. 5.

A blitz in the first half at Georgia on Nov. 12 re-injured the shoulder — he says there were two injuries, but he declined to go into detail — and it ruined the remainder of the regular season. He spent most of his November in the training room as he sat out the final two games.

...

When asked if the shoulder was sore after practices, White responded: “No, sir. It doesn’t.”

Will he potentially need surgery after the season?

“I don’t think so. No, sir.”

...

White says he can throw the football 65 to 70 yards in full pads.

Oklahoma doesn't have a good run defense so we should be okay. Cannot wait to see Stidham next year.

To be fair, he didn't say 65 to 70 yards in the air.

For some reason that quote reminds me of this:

I'm sure he can throw it 65-70 yards if he does his little "fall forward cause I'm throwing it so hard" trick
