Not anytime soon. He needs to get a lot better before he coaches in SEC.

Probably better anyway. Would be good for Rhett to get one more year under his belt. This way he sees the process of a coaching search and gets to experience some other aspects of the job outside of the x's and o's

@schadjoe: Baylor OC Philip Montgomery is likely to be named next head coach at Tulsa per source. Offered and expected to occur.
