Well first we need confirmation that 21 has submitted their form (as with anyone else, too). Then I need to know exactly what he was popped for.

What did 21 do? I think that was during my vacation from tRant. I faded after the start of SEC basketball then didn't get back until almost SEC tournament time in baseball.
