I expect us to hold Auburn men and women to a high standard in whatever they do and when they don't meet it then call them out on it.

Just kidding, but really though; stop fricking booing. I, for one, know we're better than that.

I said this on the scoreboard the other night, but the University/Team/Fans are all going to feel like assholes when they boo a player, and we find out later he has some horrible, season ending injury.

I think in most cases it's clear what's going on. I usually don't boo but if it's blatant enough I will.

Just to clarify this is an opinion piece and not an article. Big difference.

Sure it does. That's the only assumption I can make when someone comes into a thread saying they didn't read. What other purpose would it serve? If you don't agree, just say so.

Perception is reality. The team has appeared to only play one half of football every week this season. the frustration has been mounting because of this. No one expects us to win every game. We DO, however, expect the players to at least appear like they give a crap and actually want to win, which hasn't happened in a single first half all year. It finally caught up to them, and in a big way I am glad, because it needed to happen. Now we can only hope they take it to heart and do our part, win out, and let the rest of the cards fall into place.
