AL.com ran a story this morning about AU and UA swapping QBs.
LINK

Personally, I think both teams would be better if the QBs swapped. Hurts at AU would essentially be Nick Marshall on steroids. Stidham at Bama would be McElroy with arm talent. It's weird to think where the QB positions have gone at both schools.

I don't think anyone would have dreamed back in 2013 that Bama would have one of football's best running QBs and AU would have one of the top pocket passers just 4 years later.

Anyway, thought it was a cool hypothetical to break the seriousness of the week. Thoughts?

Go ahead, Lanier. Tell me how I'm not an Auburn fan. Quit being a snarky little bitch and give me some reasons.

WTF is that supposed to mean, cockersucker/sandman? You leave Eclectic out of this, it's the greatest town in this state.

Ben Grubbs was from Eclectic, what’s your point?

But yes Hurts doesn’t compare to NM, Hurts is blessed to have athletes all around him.

There's also a road named after Bear Bryant over by Kowaliga, which I will pass in two days heading to visit (Bama) family out there for Thanksgiving

I never said Hurts was better than Marshall. They have similar playing styles which makes Hurts a good fit for Malzahn's offense. He is also bigger and stronger than Marshall, maybe faster. Therefore, I called him Marshall on steroids.

NEVER SAID HE WAS BETTER...

That is an Alexander City address, don’t put that blasphemous street in Eclectic’s jurisdiction.

If I am correct, Bear Bryant Rd is across from the Amphitheatre and is a dirt road... Elmore County would never pay to pave such a terribly named road.

I knew the marina was Alexander city so that’s why I guessed it was. I do know its sign is blue, therefore it’s a private drive. Of course some retarded gump would name their private drive that

I said that earlier this year. If you swapped QBs, we'd both be undefeated right now. And both teams would be better than they are. Stidham is a championship caliber QB, and Hurts is a championship caliber athlete.
