I'm going to go out on a limb and say we will be much happier with our coaching choice than Arky.

No because I think we will be more accepting of being average.

By we I mean administrators who make decisions like who the coach is and eventually the fans. Winning isn't the most important thing it seems.

Side question: does Gus get the "he needs time to implement his system, pass? I say he shouldn't because that was an excuse for us sucking this year. We took players designed for his system and tried to change them. Couple that with the fact that minus one year everyone on the roster (offensive side) should at minimum be geared to his style.

4 years is the standard. Unless Gus goes 0-12 for 2+ years, he'll be here for at least 4

At least if we go down by 3 or 7 in the first half -we won't need to turn our tv's off. We will actually be able to score and score quickly.
