On edge about this hire if its true. I really want to see who he hires as assistants. He did a great job at Bama but he did so inheriting an already great system with superior talent. They were able to develop their talent within that system. I hope he will be able to build our program back up to that level but he hasn't had to do that in the past. I think we will be able to tell a lot by who he hires as coordinators.

I actually hate the idea of having Kirby as our HC, but I'm not paid money to make these decisions and I didn't interview the prospects. Nothing to do here but trust the administration to make the right decision even though they've proven to be a little slow on the uptake.

I just meant we have no other recourse if we want to maintain our sanity, unless you want to march with pitchforks down to the office.
