Mike D'Antoni will be out of a job here in a few months. Wouldn't let him coach my team for $100 though.

I would easily let his seven seconds or less teams play in AU. Still no idea why he left that philosophy. Made him famous

He didn't. The Lakers play faster than anyone. His style just isn't conducive to winning through the playoffs or playing defense for that matter.
