Mine is on the edge... I should have said,

Meltdown temporarily avoided.

The fear of seeing Frazier at QB again this year, or ever, has me curled up in the fetal position in my basement... Lights off, naked on a starvation diet...

After all the drama I won't feel good about him until I see he has enrolled from an official source.

I know that I am alone but I still think he can be very successful in Malzahn's offense if he can regain his confidence. If he can Marshall will have a fight on his hands to pass him on the depth chart.

He shits his pants as soon as he sees a rush. He did it in HS too. But at least then he could scramble. I think Frazier is 3rd string by game 1

He wasn't afraid as a true freshman to put his head down when he ran so I have a hard time believing he is afraid of contact. He looked uncomfortable last year when he wasn't facing a pressure. I have the want to believe that the different offense and added weight made him start questioning himself way to much and was the primary reason for the way he played. I don't want to further derail the thread so here is to Marshall making it in and having a contested 4 way battle to earn the start against WSU.

I don't think he is afraid to run the ball. But his passing accuracy is aweful. Even in the spring game this year he had issues with screens. I don't think he will ever be a sucessful passer for us.

Imagine Tim Tebow as a Soph being put in that offense with the available talent we had and asked to throw the ball 30 times a game. Chris Bosh is an 8 time all star and looked like hot garbage in 3 straight series because the games were played in the half court. Some players regardless of the sport are just suited for a certain style of play and when you take them out of that style they will struggle. I may be wrong but it is my belief that that was the case with Kiehl last year.

how did Auburn recruit a QB that can't throw a screen? who are scouting these guys?

oh, you're saying our current HC scouted this guy, okay, thanks, bye.

I agree that he was not in the optimum scheme last year but hitting screen passes have nothing to do with schemes. He holds the ball too long too

I hope I am wrong, but I dont ever see him living up to the hype.

FWIW, which to this point isn't much:

FakeGabe just tweeted a screenshot of a text from Marshall saying he's on campus.

Guy on the Bunker is also claiming the same thing. Said he saw, and talked to, Quan Bray (who was standing beside Nick Marshall while he was talking on the phone).
