If they tear down the freeway like you said and re-route, I'm thinking North Birmingham will see some further Gentrification which would mess up your map.
There are some huge older homes that would be close to an expended entertainment district and a revitalized downtown.

I'd love for an area like Norwood to come back. That could be a cool fricking neighborhood.....

I'm a single guy living in homewood and holy shite these moms are hot. I make sure to drive the long way through homewood every day after work just to check out the scenery. The bad part though is the rec center is full of hot women working out that are all married, so all I can ever do is just look
