Aggies are in town for the Colorado game at Mile High. A lot of 5’7 dudes with military hair cuts

How’s florida so far? Find a nice local bingo game?

I’m here and I am almost settled. So happy about that. The shop is running. Though it’s me and my son but things are getting shipped.

My new house is almost set up. I worked on the garage today after work and it’s done. Just need to get one bed room filled and I’m done.

I’m here alone basically. I have my 20 year old autistic son with me but my wife is back in Georgia now. We will not see her again for 6 long weeks. Yikes. She is working on her license.

We will drive back to georgia in 5 weeks fir my oldest sons wedding but only staying fir a few days. Then back down here. Wife probably won’t be here permanent till December.

Gonna be a long few months. Sorry in advance.

Just chillin watching my daughter play volleyball. Her college streams the games so it’s nice since she’s 10 hours away.

How’s Florida going for ya?

I am not gonna lie to you rock. I fricking love it. Other than being alone right now, it’s exactly what I thought.

They love flip flops and the 5:00 cocktail. What’s not to love.

Going to check out what I hear is the goat produce/meat market tomorrow. Detwillers. I hear it’s like sex with Jennifer Anniston. We will see

I went 10 months on a transfer where I was without my family. That is tough as hell and made me have mad respect for our military who does that often and most times in dangerous situations.

He is doing ok but I know he misses his mom. He won’t say it but I know it’s true.

I’m doing what I can to keep him happy and engaged. He is loving the pool. I can’t keep him
Out of it.

We live in Tara Country club and there are 40 lakes here. Tons with alligators. He is loving the idea of seeing them right now.

We are getting our asses handed to us in the wedding & event business due to trying to produce the usual 2021 business plus all the postponements from 2020 at the same time. Been a challenge to keep 60+ year old mechanical equipment running top notch with all this use, plus not to mention staffing. Lots of long hours. Making more money than we ever have, but spending it all on capital.

Your new place looks awesome. I get down that way from time to time. Mom used to live in Sarasota. Still have friends there. Lincoln Land in Clearwater is one of our parts vendors. Always sure to go to a Columbia Restaurant when I'm down.

Cheers

I’ve got a buddy that lives north of Charleston and he sends me alligator pictures every other week from what he has snapped or the neighborhood page. Wild.

My hat is off to you. Good luck the next few weeks. I’d be wearing my clothes inside out without my wife for a month and a half

Man! I hope everything works out for all of you. What a challenge. I fricking ABSOLUTELY HATE moving.

I wasn't passed out. I was charging my batteries for week #2! WD Lanier. Step by step, day by day. Sounds like you have the plan.

eta; who is passed out now, muh man? See how this works?

Mother of god. 10 months? I may have been ok with that when I was younger but the older I have got, the more I count on my wife being there. Even though I am super busy right now, it sucks

Hopefully ordering the new boat in a few weeks. Probably won’t see it till the end of the year. That will give me some time to hire some employees. Need to get on that.

Thank you sir. Many of my classmates and teachers served in Desert Storm. I was on an Army ROTC scholarship until I lost it for poor grades. Interesting (?) tidbit for today, especially on 9/11. Stormin' Norman Schwarzkopf's daughter Cindy was in my class and classes from '88 to '90. I never really wanted to join the armed forces. I just wanted to get out of Auburn and my parents refused to pay out of state tuition, so..... scholarship to get away. Long story, but good memories. Still ended up at AU, with some regrets.

Same.

Imagine raising tots around alligators. There is a whole other level of paranoia to be opened.

It's a fricking lizard! The only correct action is to be man and catch the fricker.

AU Zoology '93 (specialized in herps). That is herpetology, but I still battle the herp-derps too. Good to know I am not alone with plenty of college players majoring or minoring in herps as well.

Welcome to Flarda! Buy a good stout nylon or hemp rope and learn to tie a lasso. You'll get the hang of it on about your 3rd try. Good local side business?!

shite...finally Gameday is almost here. Two hours to go until kickoff. 4th Beam, still legible enough I assume?

Gameday bitches. Shall I start and run the game thread??????

Not exactly the Florida pigs I have caught in the past but it’s nice to walk out in the back yard and catch a bass just to relax anytime I want to.
