I am just glad to see we have a D coordinator that is willing to make changes instead of running the same "Jake Hollands" of the world out there

sooo, we recruited a bunch of unattentive Re Res that cant grasp more than a few diff looks, and we're reducing the amount even more.

6-2/6-3 and around 250. I think he is a step slow to play in the middle but should fit better at buck.

we've had about 4 DCs in a 5-6 year span. That sucks. Grasping every concept and every play in a new defensive scheme ain't easy....then add to it that you're playing against elite athletes and coaches on the other side of the ball as well and it makes it even tougher.
