Yes there are.

He was 19/38 on the season.

There weren't in the first 15 seconds bro so I stopped watching. We need a high volume solid 3 point shooter. I'm thinking a Brent Barry type guy. I want the 7 seconds or less Suns team style of play.

Fast Break, Steve Nash dribble drives and either takes fairly easy layup, dishes backside/trailing open Amare Stoudamire (Bowers) if help comes from backside, or if they are playing essentially 3 guys in the paint you have Quentin Richardson/JoeJohnson/Jason Richardson at the 3 point line waiting to make it rain.

Layup

Backside help trying to take away Nash's driving leaving someone open

There are no highlights of people just taking a 3 pointer but it exists

This is the offense we should run. I think Bruce wants to run something very very similar

I woke up in time to watch the early part of the second half. I watched us go 3-21 from the field and went back to bed. We just are not a good shooting team. You can see glimpses but our guys just can't sustain it. I am afraid we will struggle when we get into league play. We just don't have enough size in the middle or enough overall depth.

We have two real scorers on our team and a bunch of role players. Last night we played with only one real scorer.

We have to get into transition and score easy buckets. We aren't going to beat good teams setting up in our half court offense all game.

I think once Purchase kind of settles in, he will be a great deep threat that we need. That will take time though.

We really just need front line depth. Our halfcourt should actually be really solid considering what we have. They just look rough playing together as 4/5 of the players never played a minute for AU before

KC Ross-Miller is a solid scoring PG and can make things happen

Antoine Mason is definitely a high volume shot guy/scorer

KT was top 6 in scoring and averaging near 20 PPG

Cinnamon will be an offensive machine down low when he adjusts to not being in JUCO + has better matchups with Reed comes

No, because he is suppose to be a good shooter. He was in Australia. No reason to think he won't be here.

He averaged 47.8% in Australia. His strength as a recruit was his shooting and passing ability.

Last night showed me that we can hang with some of the best but are lacking in quite a few areas in order to be one of the best. If you watch last night's game and any under barbee you can see a tremendous aamount of improvement. I for one am happy with our teams performance. Colorado's coach last night saw an opportunity to put a severe beat down (final score wise) on a team that will easily be a top 100 if not 75 rpi team at the end of the year.

Tl;dr. I'm happy with where we are right now.

Watched 'till the half and fell asleep. It was like night and day compared to the Barbee years.

Also, there were some chuckle heads from other fanbases on the rant after the loss that were making fun of Auburn because of the score. It's too much to expect that they actually watched the game, but I don't think any of them have any clue what the frick they're talking about.

Clemson lost to Winthrop at home earlier this week. Losing KJ McDaniels to the NBA has made them terrible. I don't expect us to lose at Clemson.

I'd more expect a loss at Texas Tech before that

If Trayvon Reed comes in and give us quality minutes I think we can win this. They have back to back road games inside a week vs Mizzou then AU, lost their two leading scorers and have a young team. It won't be easy to get a bunch of young players prepared for a difficult press on the road on short notice.

ETA: You think we lose to Tulsa too? Really?

How definitive is that Dec. 14th date for Reed?

He qualified out of HS I believe so he is eligible after the fall semester/prep school graduation. On that end, the Dec 14th date I believe is pretty accurate/right. Can he be ready by Dec 20 to give meaningful minutes

Also, he "assaulted" a police officer so that could throw a wrench in his playing time. You know, potentially being in jail and all

Last word was his trial date is December 19th. Unless he has a deal worked out that hasn't been reported (very possible), then I doubt we see him until January at the earliest.
