How many of those passes were to Duke or Sammie?

9 for 21 for the A-Day game.

Against a first team D with a second team O.

Remind me what Cams stats were for A-Day in 2010. Also Trotters and Caudles stats as well.

Me too. They didn't let him do shite. when he threw that long pass for a TD, Chizik pulled his arse out.

Not commenting at all on his future, which could be quite bright.

But to say he is "accurate"? Nobody knows that yet, unless you want to qualify that by saying "accurate against teams like Florida Atlantic and Western Carolina".

What were his stats with the first team offense?

He was 3 for 8 with the Blue (1st) offense.

He was 6 for 13 with the White (2nd) offense.

JJ is the real deal. My only concern is him being too amped for his first SEC start, a little too eager. We'll see, I'm a tad more nervous about the opener than I was, but not overly concerned.

I will say this, I would love nothing more than JJ playing the entire game and Auburn hanging 50 on the pigs.

Would we have a serious QB battle if this happened?

I had been hearing so many good things about Cam. First time I saw him was A-Day. My first thought was "we are fricked".

I really can't muster up any concern about this or the Arkansas game at all. I have absolutely no faith in Arkansas being a real threat.

Just curious to see JJ at A-Day as I didn't really pay attention to it as it's a dumb downed scrimmage at best.

1st incompletion was on the WR.
2nd incompletion on JJ. Threw out of bounds/into coverage.
3rd incompletion was just good defense. No one was open. Although JJ didn't get off his first read.
4th incompletion was a WR screen that the defense was all over. Nothing JJ could do.
5th incompletion was thrown out of bounds. DL whipped the OL and he got rid of it.
6th incompletion was on JJ. Didn't look of his first read. Felt pressure and just threw it.
7th incompletion was a spike into the ground on a RB screen.

OT: but I know it's 1s v 2s... but the first team D looks good... and I hope that it's not just playing lesser competition good... more like they took a big step forward good.

8th incompletion was on JJ. Too high for Davis.

Okay... wasted 20 minutes that's all I got.

I'm fully confident with JJ starting. Nick will play anyway, but JJ will have a month practicing with the first team, and he showed he's a gamer last year. A day means nothing. No concern here

Would be hilarious if JJ got us a big lead and we put in Jonathan Wallace. Arky would melt

Then put in Nick, late in the fourth quarter, for mop up duty. Oh, the fun we would have.
