I'm so numb to this shite now. Let's just let it go all the way.
Recruits all realize at once that this place is a dumpster fire and say nah.
Cat or small forest animal climbs up on to video board and takes a piss shorting out the whole thing and making it completely unusable for the whole year.
Random person loses mind at school and goes on a shitting spree taking giant shits on all the coaching staff's desks and shitting all over Jay Jacob's car.
A dog becomes pregnant and has kittens in the middle of the field
Someone flies low over the home game opener next year dropping thousands and thousands of giant floppy dick dildos all over the field showing how flaccid this season will be

It certainly doesn't make me feel anymore confident in our current situation when the top 3 defensive coaches we had (top 2 assistants) jumped ship to USCe.

Which is why I know what we're going through doesn't even have the vaguest resemblance to the Barfield years.
Barfield years equaled shitty facilities, shitty players (save for a special few), and shitty coaches.
We have great facilities now, excellent players, and struggling coaches.
One of these things is not like the other.

Doesn't make me feel good, but they were following Muschamp, whom they've had coaching relationships with. I'm not about to melt over some position coaches.

SEC coaching jobs don't open up often, especially for failed former HCs. Chizik won a NC and had a better year as a DC and he couldn't get one.

What I thought was unprofessional was that it was not just posted on Twitter but also the way it was posted. Completely unprofessional. You wait until an official press release comes out instead of posting Go Gamecocks by the beach while your header still says War Eagle.

Thompson is what he is... a mercenary hired gun who's best days are well behind him.
He did a good job the last few weeks... some of that had to do with Memphis shitting the bed, but still... I'll give him credit.
Time to move on and let Steele bring in who ever he sees fit.

LT leaving may have been planned from the start...we don't know but it may have been in the works since WM left that LT would stay through the bowl game. Unless someone on the inside lets it out we have no way of knowing just speculation and rants by folks who think they are able to see all things...I just hope the recruits stay and Steele brings in some good quality recruiters and coaches...

I don't believe any of those "Admin" rumors. That seems like typical gump al.com shite. JJ is Gus' boss. Anyone who has had a good working relationship with their boss knows the line of communication is always open. Muschamp has burned bridges leaving his last 3-4 jobs. That's a pattern, and seems he is a shitty person. He has a rep around the facility to have no personality, and causes friction. It seems somewhat true on how he left UT, UF, and AU. I am happy he is gone.
