War Eagles e'rywhere!
Oh, and Atlanta travelers will be happy to know that the airport has upgraded to power sources and USB ports at every seat!
Except that not a single damn one of them work. Next year they'll turn the power on (maybe)!

Last month when I went through the security check point at ATL we didn't have to take off our shoes, belts or take laptops out of bags. Must have upgraded the security equipment too.

Not sure that is a good thing

TSA at certain airports, especially busier ones, will periodically do that for non precheck passengers. I flew through DC a week before Christmas and they made everyone keep shoes and belts on to keep the lines moving.
I was in Atlanta last week and noticed that the terminal was going under some extensive renovations. Several gate areas didn't have ceilings.

You are correct Jones. My tournament partner owns a glass company and just finished a 2 million dollar job down there. He may be getting another job this week from them. Lots of stuff going on at Hartsfield.

Any upper level homeland security official will tell you that airport TSA is a horse & pony show and that threats are neutralized before they make it to the airport
TSA regularly fails to catch threats
If anything, it seems like having extremely long TSA lines are a bigger threat now that airlines have sealed cockpit doors which limit the threat of a "hijacking"

Years after he quit, Terry Bowden gave me a wareagle on the Atlanta Tram. I begrudgingly wareagled him back.

I travel a lot and leave from ATL. I have a blue and white Auburn hat that I always wear and it gets attention from both AU family and rivals. I've had more descent conversations with bama and ugh fans in ATL airport than I have anywhere else on the planet.

I am a visor guy and you would be surprised how many discussions I get into with both sides on my trips to the Caribbean.
College football seems to be a much better conversation piece than pro football

I just spent ten days in Israel with a group from Auburn/Opelika and idk how many "lol Nick Saban" comments we got from Israelis but it wasn't insignificant
