Hokanson reported that Scott was very close to McGriff, so when McGriff was leaving and Charles Kelly was announced, there was a lot of concern from Keionte about what his role would be. Auburn coaches have been working on him all week, but there is a possibility that A&M will now be in the hunt for him. Auburn could still win him back.

You’re right, doc. But the AL.com article specifically states Scott hasn’t entered his name in the portal yet. Granted, AL.com could be wrong. But I’m just skeptical about this story right now.

High school recruiting will guarantee a player on the squad for at most what? One year?
Interesting to see where our head coach's priorities are. Those 5-stars sure look pretty on the shelf right now though.
I don't care how many amazing accolades our HC has earned this year from internet sites that are run by people who couldn't walk a mile without suffering congestive heart failure. Outside of that, our HC's performance thus far has been LESS than impressive.
