I've watched the first 2 episodes. He's on a good bit and is battling for the starting QB job against a tough ole country boy. He's fast as hell but his accuracy stinks. A bit cocky but I don't mind that. Y'all watched any of this? Thoughts?

Watching right now. One of the coaches just said it would be easier to play him if we were a running offense but we're a passing offense and he's just so erratic

I watched a couple of episodes of Last Chance U on NetFlix last night. Holy shite. I was appalled at both the apathy and ignorance of some of those kids.
Granted there are some poor country kids in the show, but maaaaannn.... there are some dumb asses in that mix.
I felt seriously sorry for the academic adviser lady.

Somebody tweeted that JF3 was very arrogant. I'm curious if it's like a negative, obnoxious arrogance or a natural arrogance for competitors. Asking for a friend...

His arrogance seems to be typical for any player at his level so not a big deal.
His passing however...ouch

It is pretty nuts that we took such a risky JUCO QB prospect. Seemed to be a few others that were quality out there

I'm not gonna call anyone out by name but the defensive tackle kid is just embarrassing. I feel sorry for him. How on earth did he graduate high school much less make it into a community college? I can't imagine his ACT score being more then 12.

I have this in my watch list on Netflix but after talking to a few that have watched it, I may just skip it. I hear JF3 comes out bad.
I dont understand why we are having so many QB issues on a team that QB is so important.

The only think I can come up with is that Cam Newton (and to much the same extent, Nick Marshall) ruined Gus Malzahn.
CGM, prior to those guys, had a reputation for taking what he had and spinning it into gold.
Since then? Not so much.

I had hopes that JF3 would come out and surprise everybody this year. But thanks to the producers, I will not have to feel that way anymore. Felt like JF3 was just a backup and that if he was any good, he would've beat out the country QB.

You know a majority of athletes at that level are as confident if not more confident than JFIII was on the show right?
