Board has been slow for a while. Whats happened everyone? Weekend plans?
Worked all day today, working tomorrow. Heading to a friends house on Monday to eat and drink.
My oldest son graduated High School last night. Hit me today. Crazy.. Time for him to turn the page

What up everyone my five year old just graduated kindergarten and get the principals award for straight A's and the citizenship award.Yeah I know it's just kindergarten but I am proud he can write in cursive and read at an advanced level.

I started exercising again today.

So many to answer. Was eating dinner. Had steak and shrimp on the grill. Grilled a onion, squash and zucchini. Was awesome

Me too bro. I have been on the plan for about 4 weeks now. Been running everyday for the most part. Lost some weight now and started lifting last week. Was very sore all week. Starting to get use to it. Hang in there

We're all in the same boat. Started running three weeks ago. I'm down to 182 from 190 and plan to start hitting weights this week.
I've gotten myself into a routine where I get fat every fall, winter, and spring then work my arse off in the summer. Hoping I can just stick with it full time and stay in shape. Worst part is eating healthy. It pains me

This is pretty much exactly my routine. I can't stop it. we go on a beach trip every August. Usually late August. I am usually in my best shape then. Right at 205 or so. Its a great weight for me. Then we get back. Football, tailgating, holidays, bla bla bla. Get fat. Book trip for next years beach trip. Go on diet
Repeat for next year

i have not had a drink in a few weeks. I have a feeling I will end that streak on
Monday but only a few. I have been doing great on the eating over the past month. I need to drop about 20 pounds in the next three months.
