Then he’ll donate some of his own salary to OTV to reel in some of these recruits he says we desperately need.

Well he has been tearing it up on the 'cruiting trail. It'll make him recruit harder.

I would doubt it. I was just coping and now I’m on to the acceptance stage. Drowned my sorrows and ate ice cream with my son.
