I listened to him in post-game last week.

He's OK right now. Not very smooth and has some favorite words that he uses a lot.

You can tell he has the potential though and he's probably gonna be pretty good once he gets more experience.

This. He seems nervous and unsure of himself, but I think with time he will be fine.

New career venture plus his daughter is at AU and he wants to do the normal 'dad/fan' experience with her. The perk is, my season tix are right next to him. Been sitting next to his girls for years. Get the live commentary now! It's really neat

Q had to ease into it as well but he really blossomed after 5-6 years in.

Q could have been an excellent coach. He has a very good understanding of the game and is very articulate in dissecting any situation with respect to advantage or adversity facing his team.

I love Ronnie but he has a long way to go filling Quentin's shoes. The guys upstairs are covering for him until he gets his feet under him.

He's awkward so far, but getting better. It's going to take some time. Q was so good and fluid that it will take even more time to get accustomed to Ronnie's voice, and look forward to it every week.

You need to listen to the War Eagle Radio podcasts. Can't remember which show it is exactly but they have Q on weekly and it's really an inciteful thing to hear. Man knows the game

Q in his first year or two on the job couldn't fill Quentin's shoes either.
