He played in the 3rd. Seemed like they were making an effort to allow JJ to throw it some and build confidence.

He may have played the third quarter but he sure as crap stayed at 15 carries for 99 yards the whole half.

One of those was on a busted coverage. But continue your melt.

A TD from a busted coverage isn't supposed to be that soothing. We shouldn't be haviing these busted coverages this late in the year.

Busted Coverage against Idaho. They scored on the first two plays of the game. :banged:

Could have easily had another TD as well

No melt, just stating what happened. No way a 3-9 Idaho team should score 34 on our defense. That is fricking ridiculous. But its normal for us

By late in the 3rd quarter and all of the 4th, we were playing scrubs off the bench. I dont put that much stock in the final score.

I'm figuring out the "can't we just be proud of the win" crowd real quick.

Jovon played well the first half. Barely got the ball in the second half. Jovon needs to just go to the NFL.

So much dumb, I can't even.

I would if I was Jovon. He isn't exactly 18 years old anymore and Gus isn't turning him loose.

There is a reason our program is one if the worst statistical team in the SEC. It's because we are. Haha.

what?

You want us to play our best runningback when we've got the game well in hand? Are you serious?

Defense played alright. Nothing special. Gave up too many yards but got good turnovers.

Overall sounds like playcalling was more like the A&M game instead of UGA.

Any word on White and his injury? Are we looking at JJ to start against Bama?

Don't even start that shite.Three weeks ago you were still claiming that if Jovon wasn't playing, it was because he didn't deserve to play. So, now he is our best RB?!

And Im not even talking about the fourth quarter. I'm talking about the third quarter, when Peyton got carries, even though he is the one that has accrued mileage throughout the whole season. Jovon is still fresh as frick.

Yep

Idaho 470 Total yards
Auburn 460 Total yards

Another game where our team was out gained on offense this year. I think we have only outgunned one or two teams this entire season. Or our defense gave up more yards than the opposing defense. Depends on how you look at it.

I don't remember claiming anything about why Jovon wasn't playing. If I did it was speculation at best. Yes he is our best runningback.

The game was well in hand by the second quarter. Why risk hurting him to beat up on Idaho? That's stupid.

Ok then. Why risk getting Peyton hurt with four second half "meaningless" carries then if Jovon shouldn't get one. Peyton is technically the starter, ya know...

Idk. You can criticize Gus for that if you want too. I wont put up a fight on that one.

I am not criticizing Gus. I am saying that Jovon needs to go get paid instead of splitting time with other capable backs. He is damn old. He came in with Yeldon and Yeldon is already getting paid.

Our RB depth is so stacked that we have an ESPN #28 recruit, Roc Thomas, playing the William Shakespeare role.

He won't get drafted high if he leaves this year.

I think he would be the workhorse next year but wouldn't blame him if he left.
