Watch his body language change around the 1:30 mark and then go back to normal around the 1:46 mark. I could be way over-reading this

You're reading way too much into it.

He seemed a little tense answering that question haha.

We cannot field a championship offense that only has one dimension. In 2013, it was both Tre and NM running. Last year, it was supposed to be NM running and NM passing. This year, I thought it was supposed to be JJ passing and one of our RB's running.

Also, a problem that has plagued our team in losses (and we even saw it begin last night) is the offense begins to hurt our defense. The offense can't continue to keep putting that much pressure on our defense.

He starts fiddling with his ring around the 1:30 mark, definite nervousness. Eyes seem to widen, and then he finishes answering the question and almost sighs. Then, next question, no fiddling. Just an observation from a person who looks for these things..

Asked him to evaluate JJ and if it was just first game jitters, etc.

Malzahn replied, "Nah, you know, I think he was trying to force a few things. He was trying to make some plays early on. He's gonna be fine. He made me very good plays to help us win. Especially down the stretch, the 3rd and 13 or 12 to Duke, you know... he's gonna be fine".... queue nervous twitches.

Bump. I think I was right about this, especially considering how yesterday went. Saw the SEC Film Room and Gus did the exact same thing with the nervous twitches as soon as JJ is brought up.
