This old man is studying as well. The current subject of study just turned to glenmorangie Sauterne. Thinking I need a masters in this subject.

Whoa old man, remember what the doctor said about stress and heart attack potential. Do you have your aspirin nearby?

More importantly, do you have your LifeAlert?

That's another word for fatty liver and inactivity. If more folks would stay on a liver support supplement and do a little cardio, they wouldn't have a "metabolism" issue.
Jumps off soapbox and downs another beer.

I usually only put the drugs I don't plan on breaking out until Christmas in my drug attic

My metabolism has gone to shite but I just gave up carbs and sugar (except for alcohol). Always do a fair amount of cardio compared to the regular population. 54 years old with a body fat percentage around 17 %. I can live with it.

But gotdamn that's the best motivator in the world.
This might be wrong of me, but my motivation is "if my wife leaves me, what will I look like".

You sir are doing it right. #1 cause for liver disease (not alcohol).

Distilled alcohol is best. Beer is my personal favorite, but it doesn't work with a keto diet.

Not bad at all.

I told my wife if we ever split up I had a 2B plan. Basically I would bring in two bitches once a week and be fine. Even with what I have to pay these fine young ladies to show up at my house on the same evening I see a savings from my current cash outlay.
