What I fear is a possible Title IX investigation by the blood-thirsty harpies that staff the Office for Civil Rights in the fed DoE if a complaint is made.

I guess you stopped before the part where I wrote IF a complaint is made?
And, if the rumor happens to be true, if you don't think that a thing like that is tailor made for an embittered "other woman" who was dumped to create a little revenge, you are very naive.

I agree and the fact that the rumor has been around since last fall and he is just now stepping down doesn't make matters any better if true.

Except a title IX investigation doesn't really apply as Meyers left.
Normally that is the easy path out for a student accused, leave and nothing the school can do

I can't believe people these days still think there are any "excepts" when it comes to the federal government.
Corey's Dad is still the Head Coach. If you don't think the rabid feminists of the OCR would need anymore than that to open an investigation after a (hypothetical) complaint then, again, you are simply naive.
