Some of y'all are making comparisons to the guy who got fired after going 3-9 in one of the worse, if not the worst, seasons in AU history?

Most only know football through xBox. What do you expect?

I hope they and Georgia and TAM and Ole Miss all knew our play calls. Please let that be true.

Gus actually blamed our slow start in part to them knowing our plays

Not hard to understand some of our calls.

And if Auburn hasn't changed them in a year or so, then they deserve to be stolen.

If true then the evidence seems to support the claim. Glad the coaches caught it early and made adjustments.

he said the same shite after the 2010 iron bowl. people may very well be stealing our signals but it seems to be happening an awful lot and having an awfully big impact.

sounds like a problem he needs to work on.

How much of a signal do you need to know that we are going to run it up the middle on first down

seriously

He knew Kodi Burns was on staff and didn't think to mix it up a little?

Exactly. There's no excuse for not changing your signals. Especially when playing a former protege.

While I wished he hadn't it seems to be the new political move by coaches with ex staffers on the team they're playing. OM did it will the guy that was on Bama, Fisher did it with DC, and now Gus with Burns (even though he wasn't blamed).

Ugh. So that doesn't explain the second half and penalties.

During long stretches of the game Samford's defensive line owned Auburn's offensive line. It should not matter if they know the signals.

I can't even see the signals on TV and I can call our offense with a 75% success rate.

It was true, probable should not have said it. Still hate the OP and his thread topic. Gus lives and breaths football, he has exceeded expectations. Most of us predicted 9-2 at this point.

I will stand here and predict we beat Bama.
