That Crouching Newton, Hidden McCalebb play has been in Gus' playbook longer than Auburn. I've watched it 1,000 times. It is either a 3 yard loss or a 20+ yard gain. At that stage in the game it was a decent call.
What I did think was an interesting gadget play was the Belly Sweep Flea Flicker that OU ran for about a 40 yard gain on us. When Perine pitched it I was in "Oh damn this is going to hurt." mode.
