These guys were so giddy that TJ won the starting QB job. And Ashford was number 2. It was like they stole someone’s cookie.

They have trashed Bo for 2 years plus this entire off season but I bet anything today will be the fault of someone else beside horrible QB. Have to remember Bo played behind this offensive line that was even younger and less “developed” if you followed the Hardashian supporters. Yet Bo threw 3 INTs last year and I think only sacked 11 times. Yet they laid blame squarely on the faults of the offense on Bo.

Bo, while he didn’t live up to the hype, is clearly miles better than anyone on our roster. Found the thread a couple weeks ago celebrating his troubles against Georgia hilarious. Do you know what it’s gonna be like for US against Georgia???

I gave Corch a lot of shite about his excessive love for Nix, but it's very obvious that he would make this team much better. Those that want to argue that he doesn't improve this team are lost.

Bo Nix getting the job his Freshman year over NFL QB Malik Willis was the start of the downfall. I’ll just leave it at that. No QBs would sign with him here as they knew he would get the job no matter what or so it seemed. The fact our best transfer this year was Calzada, that doesn’t play, is purely on Harsin. You can’t win without an elite QB. Bo was/is not and neither are the guys we have now. Yes, they look worse.

I wanted Bo to stay. He's an Auburn man and I thought he should have finished his career here. I'm not sure what happened between him and the staff to make him leave but we certainly didn't upgrade that position. That said, for a 3 year starter we needed more from him.

I like their shows. I like how they think they have a clue what they are talking about is hilarious.

You should listen to Malik talk these days. According to his interviews he just didn’t try hard enough then. Whose fault is that? Coaches want to win dude. They’re not going to start a QB over promises if another is better. Was 2019 when Malik nearly had two safeties in the same season? He couldn’t even do an RPO then.

I think as a coach or anyone with leadership responsibilities you weigh a person's attitude and leadership to the health of the team. In hindsight it looks like a bad decision for Harsin because AU doesn't have good QB play. Maybe he's a healthy influence on Oregon's locker room, but he was not healthy in AU's. If we can get efficient QB play I don't think the records for AU would be much different. I don't know what the War Rapport is, btw.

The War Rapport is a fan podcast that has transferred to having media credentials. They get awesome player interviews.

But their analysis of football, scheme and such is junior league. Like worse then a madden play station player

Alpine just wanted to throw a counter out there to the locker room stuff. Ever thought Bo have been one of the few on the team with the heart of a competitor?

I saw no heart from an entire team yesterday.

On the effort, I didn't see 2012 out there. With Bo Nix, being a competitor involves getting people to align with you and not alienating people, and that's what I've always heard eroded with Bo Nix.

But I'd take bad Bo Nix compared to what we're getting right now. Without question. We are getting Rutgers-level QB play. In the end I think we all want the same thing. Undefeated every year.

This is a fair assessment IMO. Anytime I’ve listened to them it’s really just for the entertainment or for an interview. LockedOn is the same thing.

Hopefully no one is actually going to their podcast expecting some deep analysis.
