I screwed up my son's little league team and I wouldn't take this job for 350k. Must be desperate or baseball coaches don't make shite compared to coaches in other sports.

No I really wouldn't. They would fire me within a month. As I said I coached a little league team to perform below their talent. Just thought the salary was sorta low for an sec coach in a sport of this level.

I bet it has some performance incentives built in. I would think $350k is the base.
