wouldn't one expect that their lack of proficiency effect BOTH teams?

We had penalties go uncalled too. Such as when Trovon Reed went all Richard Sherman on their WR.

We only had 4 penalties assessed. 2 of them were False Start/Offsides penalties that are impossible to miss

The thing about that though, when I went back and watched it, it is really hard to tell if he actually touched him. Obviously he did some, but his arms looked to be completely around his head, and just blocked his face.

At full speed I was like wow we got away with one there. when I slowed it down I was like, damn, that was kind of impressive.

Agreed, Reed looked good last night. I am excited to see how he develops over the year. I believe he has 7 more years of eligibility. Isn't he like 30 now?

I know on both of their long punt returns there were multiple blocks in the back not called. Also there was an obvious PI on that long pass to Duke. I was like how did you not catch that?! Then they showed the replay, and I saw why. The kid was holding Duke's left arm.

The biggest thing that jumped out about the officials was the BS flag on Reed and the blocks in the back on the punt returns.

Here are some screen shots of the two block in the backs and holding on Adams.

First block in the back -

Holding on Adams -

Second block in the back -

And this happened right before it that and probably could have been called as a block in the back as well -

Got any images of the missed calls that went in our favor?

Which one besides the Reed PI, which I still contend was the correct no call.

There are 2 blocks in the back on this one

The one to the far right, and the guy that is basically on the ground is on top of one of our guys.

Damn that is bad

Nothing personal, but nothing worse than people who complain about officiating after every game - win or lose. But that's just my opinion

People complaining about people complaining is worse. Bam! Endless paradox.

This is a message board.

It didn't have a serious outcome on the game. We still won, but these are pretty blatant penalties that were missed. I don't see any problem with calling them out on that.

They missed two PI's last night and 4 holding calls on us. I also saw a block in the back.

In truth there is nothing wrong with calling it out, screaming and complaining, but for many it is seen as a mentality of inferiority, losers, etc…As a fan of Auburn I prefer we not get lopped into that category. That being said, as mentioned earlier this is a message board an all are free to do as they wish inside the rules of the board.

K. When/who were they on?

I'm not disagreeing with you, but would like to go back and watch for them.

Bad referee play needs to be called out. Simple as that, just as bad playing, bad coaching, and bad leadership need to be called out.

The two PI's are self-explanatory. 1st hold 3:32 left in first. 2nd hold 10:21 left in 2nd. 3rd and 4th hold come back to back 3:13ish in the 3rd.

Block in the back came on the 3 and 9 that sealed the game.
