I hate how we don't have a single good home game after mid October

I blame Jacobs for not fighting for a decent schedule

I'm not chalking any game up as a loss, especially not to Bama.

FFS Tennessee easily could have beaten them this year, yet most of our fans think its out of the realm of possibility

I'm not getting my hopes up for Bama. We're better against pass heavy teams and we don't like tackling big physical running backs.

Their strength is our weakness. That usually doesn't end well.

You can thank conference expansion for these shitty schedules... there is no continuity year to year.

The SEC is driving this... has nothing to do with our AD.

Tennessee was coming off a bye, and bama was a week away from their bye, having played 8 games in a row.

It was set up for UT to play well.

LSU and Clemson both return virtually everybody, I'd take a split in a NY minute. (Preferably beating LSU for obvious reasons)

Frustration bump.

Sitting at 2-4, likely headed towards 3-5. With any offensive competence at all we would be 5-1, on our way to 7-1.

Did I already?

Have to be honest. When I realized this thread had been bumped I said to myself "Damn it Luke."

My assessment was pretty good though

Not as much as I hate myself.

Sad thing is, I was being conservative. Only game I thought I was going out on a limb with was LSU.

I think we were all in denial about just how bad off Gus had gotten.
