Hey guys, I'm currently looking for 7 tickets to the Aub/Mstate game.

I've got a couple of non-auburn people with me so I wanted to make sure they had a good time. Unfortunately not all of them are willing to pay $100 for the seats up front and we procrastinated buying them weeks ago.

So my question is, how are the upper deck seats for those of you who have sat there? Do you still get the full Auburn football experience? How about the seats on the South end near the visitor section?

Love them. You can see the entire field and see the play develop, where the open receivers are etc. Some of the ambiance is lost but the view is awesome.

You mean cussing at Gus in the red zone and multiple people screaming for the coaches job? sure do

Visitors in the lower bowl are in the north-east end, not the south.

I hate upper decks in ALL stadiums, rather watch on TV. But the first 5 or 6 rows in Upper Deck are not bad. You do NOT get the full experience.

Those are 100% NOT Faculty. Section 38 is young Alumni... Best seats are probable section 40-42. Also makes it very easy to see the ridiculously large video board. You also get the crowd experience from both fan basis, especially if MSU brings their band. You will hear the cow bells.

NOTE: Faculty are in the corner 44-46 are faculty.

North endzone is what I believe he meant and this isnt true. it just gets hot on some games.

MSU will be in the sun for the first half, then good to go from about probably mid third quarter on.

Upper deck takes so long to get in and out of, has limited bathrooms and concessions.

I love the upper deck. In fact, I was able to tell a whole lot more about our offense watching the Mercer game from the upper deck than watching the games on TV.

So much easier to see coverages and missed receivers. You also can still see all the missed holding calls, surprisingly.

Thanks for the responses guys. We decided we were just going to get tickets to UGA game instead since we've waited so long on this one.

Follow up question:
Best place to tailgate that will have people around during the game? We're bringing a tv/generator. Is there a specific spot that people tailgate through the game. I mostly see everyone split once game time starts
