Actually, I think it goes by the final spread posted on Friday. I'll check and make sure.
ETA - It goes by the final spread.

I am in another pick em also and the admin in that one said the spreads for the Yahoo pick em are locked in right now FWIW.

It would make sense that it locks the spread in when you make the pick.

Yahoo! Sports uses the point spreads provided by the Associated Press. These spreads will be updated each day, with Thursday's lines serving as the game's official spread.

If we are picking ATS, how does it work for the games off the board? From my initial visit, I thought these were all just money line type picks.
