We don't know that. Selection Committee takes into account whether you won you Conf.
Plus Ole Miss losing to LSU gets us no closer to the playoff since we play them next week. There are zero positives in Ole Miss losing.

Meant to quote the bit about OM. But it's not unreasonable at all to think MSU drops Bama and OM.
