I don't care where they go, this team upgraded the moment KD, Tre and Aden left. Aden wasn't the worst. I'm just glad I don't have to watch KD run down the court like a psycho, lose the ball, then foul for no reason.

I admit my basketball eye isn't super keen but i just don't see what some of you guys did in Aden. Outside of like first game he's one of the worst players i can remember getting regular minutes at auburn in several years. Like a less version of zep without the defense. Just not a threat to do anything offensively and horrible body language.

My niece is a freshman at AU this year. Soon after the NCAA tourny, she said that Aden was going to transfer. Three days ago she said he was going to bama. I dont know if this is just rumors going around campus but it sucks if he does. But i hope he has Yale-like perfomances every game he plays for them if true.

I agree...I wish KD well but I am glad he's gone. Dude's cons totally outweighed his pros.

For me it was the infamous double pump every single time he would take a three. (almost like he was unsure of himself) which he should have been because he particularly didn't shoot a high percentage. I'm no coach but I recall thinking if I can scout that, I know a coach can via film. Everyone knew because he trademarked it.

I'll miss KD next year. He was far from perfect, but he was a menace on defense and had zero fear about driving the ball or big moments. There will probably be a game or two next season we wish we had him just for some of those chaos moments he creates. I think the team will be better overall, but KD was a weapon at times. Just a terrible shooter. I think he's going to have a good season at George Mason.

I don't think anyone outside of some fringe people hates KD. He was a guy that when on could totally change the game in your favor, but totally lose a game due to selfish out of control play. Unfortunately he didn't have a ton of the former against good teams as time went on.
The biggest issue is he could never reign himself in. If he could keep the defensive intensity and not play out of control, and not be a ball stopper and take bad shots, he would be an amazing bench piece. As it is he was a guy where you loved his effort and drive, but were frustrated by his stupidity.
I'll think of KD's time at Auburn fondly in many ways, but will be glad he's gone overall. I'll be rooting for him at his new school.

Dude struggled with his shot. He wasn’t turnover prone and has a very quick release and can shoot it from long range. Seeing shots fall opens a lot more. I really didn’t want to lose him. I still think he’ll be a good player. I hope he isn’t now though that he’s going there.

I do too, but bama is proof karma doesn't exist. Almost everything that goes poorly for us comes up roses for them. I fully expect Holloway to suddenly remember how to shoot.
