Sorry guys. I've been out of town w/ no net access or there would have been more in the thread. Couple of notes I've picked up since being home that I don't see posted
All per 247
-Ivey is looking at moving his commitment up to the Fall
Dre
-will visit FSU on July 16 and AU on July 19 before committing at end of July
-May have silently committed to FSU but that was before the AU visit
-AU has since sold Gus's work w/ QBs on Dre
-Staff fell in QB love w/ Dre
-Staff fells FSU alum Chris Wienke being Dre's HS coach will not be a factor in Dre's choice
-AU is trending and 1 source CTTS thinks Dre is AU bound FWIW

ETA:

E, there was also some chatter / request that you or someone start the 2015 bball recruiting thread. There's a post in the 2014 thread with some targets.

Na. I'd rather Marshall County do the Bball thing. It's his baby. Plus I have a lot on my plate so if I am as disciplined as I need to be for my own future I will be leaving message boards all together soon. Sorry boys but E has got to finally start taking care of E.

Hope you have something cool happening. You'd be a better Auburn reporter than 99% of these guys out here.

Elite 11 QB breakdown after day 1 LINK
Top Performer candidates
-Blake Barnett
-Deondre Francois
-Kyler Murray
-Josh Rosen
-Jarrett Stidham
-Brandon Wimbush
quote:
Deondre Francois – Francois had a good morning at the Elite 11 but we really woke up to his day in the afternoon. The uncommitted four-star put together a flurry of big-time throws and showed a live arm. **Top performer candidate
quote:
Torrance Gibson – One of the most scrutinized players in the nation, Gibson showed in day one that he wants to get better at the quarterback position. He needs to work on shortening his stride and he can get erratic on some deeper throws but his athleticism still gives him a lot of margin for error throwing the football.

-Deondre Francois

You know, you can be a member of a message board, read and post without being obsessed with it. Not directing that at you but it is possible.
Do it when you can, work when you need to. Works for most of us

Cut out sugar E. I ran into an old friends mom the other day. She told me that her and her husband had been diagnosed as diabetic. She said she brings no sugar in the house. She said he had lost 70 lbs. and she had lost 40 lbs.. He lost most of both legs in Vietnam, so I know he isn't exercising any.

I feel bad but I have some resentment about E choosing himself over us Do what you got to do though man good luck
Lanier how tall are you? That's a huge life change to make that drop

Im 6-1. I gained about 80 pounds in 4 years.... It was turrible...
I am usually around 210-215 right now. I slim down to 205 when I am ready to go somewhere or have something coming up. For some reason, I have a very hard time keeping 205. I can get there but I have to work like hell to stay there.
My body wants to be 215. Which is exactly where I was this morning. I have a beach trip in about 7 weeks. I will be at 205 then.

Dam nice work.
I was never fat but I felt that I needed to shed pounds to shed the fat and get the 6 pack going again. For me to do this wasnt that easy as it used to be when I was in high school or beginning of college.
Calorie intake and protein is key. Sugar is bad(Avoid). Bad Carbs are terrible as well. I stuck with a calorie deficit to lose the pounds(10-15) I needed gone within 3-4 weeks. Lifted weights three times a week, cardo(boxing bag) three times a week with tennis mixed in. I still do this pretty much except Im not as worried about the calorie intake.
That routine for me helped do what I wanted to do.
