Well, now that it's clear we're officially a #basketballschool who is ready for basketball to begin. Practice starts in 2 weeks, and we'll finally be able to see how good some of these younger guys are.

JLee said the other day no update. NCAA is just being overly cautious with Pearl and we are confident that his situation gets resolved sooon. Said Ourifoy should be starting by mid season at the latest

MCT, with the remaining guys on the 2016 board, what are the chance we land them?
Same for 2017 board if you have any insight but figured that is a "fluid situation"

It's hard to say. We are aiming high in the early period so the names out now may be different than the names around in the spring signing period. The only 2 that I am for sure we are still actively recruiting are Adebayo and Azubuike.
Adebayo has offers from everybody so it's hard for me to imagine he would pick us over the UK's or KU's of the world. On the other hand the people that I talk with seem optimistic that we could land him so I really don't know what to think.
The other is Udoka Azubuike and although he is lower rated I think at the moment he is the longer shot. He has visited KU several times and is supposed to be taking an official there this weekend. He also really likes Hamilton @FSU and I think he winds up at one of those 2 places.
I've seen mention of someone else possibly visiting this weekend too but haven't been able to get a name.

He is a solid player but he is on down the want list for me. He is at best the 5th best player instate next year. Lots of more talented wings we have a shot at that I would rather have.
