FWIW it sounds like CBP is open to not keeping Longwood and Purchase.

3 JUCO's we are trying to get to visit.
By Brad Winton of JUCOrecruiting.com
Willie Atwood, a 6-8 forward at Connors State (OK), has set up two official visits. Atwood, who is one of the most sought after 2014 JUCO prospects left on the board, will take an official visit to Iowa this weekend and will visit Florida State on April 10. Atwood can take up to four official visits this spring and is looking to schedule two more visits. He averaged 20.8 points and 9 rebounds per game this season while shooting nearly 58% from the field. Atwood has the ability to score the ball around the rim and step out and attack slower post defenders off the bounce. Auburn, Arizona State, Virginia Tech and many others are trying to get Atwood in for one of his final two visits.
Cinmeon Bowers, a 6-7 forward at Chipola College who was recently released from his NLI at Florida State, is beginning to see his recruitment pick back up. South Carolina, Auburn and Memphis are the first schools to get involved with Bowers since his recruitment opened up. Look for more schools to continue to get involved over the next few weeks.
Jordan Goodman, a 6-9 guard/forward at Harcum College, told JucoRecruiting.com that he plans on visiting Temple this weekend and is looking to set up a visit with Wichita State soon. Along with Temple and Wichita State, Goodman is hearing from Oklahoma State, Auburn, Gonzaga, Ohio State,Depaul ,Tennessee, Auburn, Lasalle, Washington, WVU, Virginia and Penn State among others.

Let's play Basketball poker. 13 player draw. I want to keep KT plus Dean and discard 9 players for 9 new players.

Per Hoke
-CBP plans to keep the signees Longwood and Purchase
-Wants to bring in a couple of transfers to sit a year
-CBP says he has 4 schollies to use.
If he is not counting SL and Purchase in those 4 then he is looking at letting 2 go.

ETA: Anyone interested in a Tony Barbee signed basketball potentially as a gag gift? I'll trade it for an order of Steak Kabobs at Zoe's Kitchen

You know, if you guys say his name is 'Longwood' enough times, it will become true?
eta: also, 1 of those scholarships will open due to Thompson going back to walk-on duty. Just an assumption.

Really does show how irrelevant AU basketball recruiting has been as of late.
But no more excuses. We've got Pearl now, and his name is LOGWOOD.

I've been spelling it wrong for about 7 months and you are the 1st one to correct me. Thank you.
Another could come open if Delph doesn't make the required grades during his RS year to become eligible.

Delph won't ever contribute and Griciunas is another that may never do a whole lot.
Canada is turrible too but at least he is gonna be a senior anyway.

@LC_Recruiting: Hearing Anrio Adams will transfer to Auburn now.
According to Mark Murphy, Pearl is not interested in Adams. Also does not think Ryan Miller will be hired.
