It's just a rumor that I've read so I wouldn't put a lot of stock into it. I can see Delph getting sent packing but the other 2 I don't see happening. Thompson imo is our best option currently on campus at the 4 and I've heard Wade has really stepped up his game so far this summer.
Well what's not a rumor is Dion Wade is out for the foreseeable future per CBP. Reading the yea leaves looks like he will not be kept.

Sucks...can't teach 7ft

I would run Canada and probably Granger.

Wade can be decent with some weight gained.

And we still have Benas, who is 6'11...and Purchase is 6'10

SUcks for Wade watched this video today he has a sweet jumper, but like I said probably nothing more than a 6 or 7th man who doesn't play large minutes

Offseason workout

That video was posted 2 weeks ago so either it's old or he hurt his knee since then.

6th or 7th men play quite a bit in Pearl's system/ He usually plays 9 to 10 a game.

Not really. Harrell 6'5 Mason 6'3 Bowers 6'8 Attew 6'9

I was referring to the potential starting lineup. It is a really small lineup. No way KT is 6'5. Kobe is 6'6 and KT doesn't appear to be almost as tall as Kobe. KT is more in the 6'2 or 6'3 range. Whatever the lineup is, Pearl will make it work.

Umm...scratch this. Benas is transferring per CBS Sports.

Auburn has granted 7-foot center Benas Griciunas with a full, unconditional release, an Auburn spokesperson confirmed.

Or 1 to go if Thompson goes back to walk on status.

I'm not saying we can't win with it. I believe we can. It's just an observation. Just because Florida had a similar lineup doesn't make it any bigger. Don't read too much into my opinion. WDE!

There is height from 1-4. I think height issues will only be a liability against teams with a quality tall C. If their center is either average or don't have 6'10+ C or PF it doesn't matter

We will get pounded on the boards some nights and we have no quality behind Bowers at the 4so that big man can not get in foul trouble versus quality teams.

I think we will be ok...

Delph 7'0
Purchase 6'10
Granger 6'7

This is GREAT size of the bench for a college team...

Delph is far from being safe from the chopping block. The staff is not happy with his lack of initiative and intensity after not playing last year. Also while Purchase is tall, he is not an inside guy in terms of his game. He is not a bruiser. He's a European type of big man that prefers playing on the perimeter and passing the ball well.

Guards will just have to help rebound the ball instead leaking out for outlet passes. But I like when guards rebound. I think it's better for your transition game. I can't wait to see these guys on the court.
