I totally agree with you concerning Franklin. None of the other coaching staff bought into his offense. Franklin was destined to fail. It is like telling a architect to design you a home and taking away his cad system and pencil and giving him a big fat crayon and a curved ruler.

The staff didn't buy in, the players saw that and didn't buy in either. Franklin had no shot.
